Services Available:

Workshops
A range of topics covering information skills, e-Learning and web development. Workshops are run around the UK at our regional venues.
Onsite Training
We can provide standard or customised courses or bespoke training programmes for your organisation or a group of organisations.
Training Materials
For use in your own teaching or training, or for self-study. A special package aimed at public libraries is available.
Accreditation
Earn a nationally recognised BTEC qualification in e-Learning, Web Development or Training Design and Delivery.

Previous Work With the Sector

Netskills has worked with a range of organisations within the cultural sector. Major programmes include:

  • As part of the training for the People's Network, Netskills worked with over 30 library authorities, providing over 4000 training places. Netskills continues to work with several library authorities, including Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex.
  • Ten staff from the South West working in museums, libraries and archives were trained by Netskills and are currently working towards their Netskills/BTEC accreditation in e-Learning. This was funded by SWMLAC (South West Museums Libraries & Archives Council, now MLA South West).
