i-Skills for University Administration
From December 2005 to July 2006, Netskills delivered a JISC-funded project aimed at promoting the importance of i-Skills (information skills) to university managers and administrators.

Project activities included:
- Research into the information use of managers and administrators, including a survey of 290 administrators and 20 interviews
- Delivery of 21 workshops to over 270 participants in the UK
- Development of an i-Skills self-evaluation tool
The project manager was Helen Blanchett and project officer Lucy Keating.
The final report for the project contains key findings from the research and delivery of the workshop programme. On the basis of recommendations from this report, two further i-Skills projects have been funded (see Related Projects below).
