Certificate in Training Design and Delivery Accredited by BTEC
The 4-day course will be highly practical, involving presentations, discussions, group work and practical computer-based hands-on sessions. Several members of Netskills staff will be involved in the delivery of the course, enabling participants to benefit from a range of experiences and expertise.
Candidates will be assessed through a variety of practical activities including the design of a training programme. This provides an opportunity to apply the knowledge and skills acquired to produce a solution to an identified training need.

Who is it for?
The Certificate is aimed at anyone who has, or would like to have, a training role and wishes to gain a nationally recognised qualification - the BTEC Professional Certificate is at Level 4 of the National Qualifications Framework programme.
Participants need no special technical skills; however, it is expected that participants will have some training experience and will be familiar with using the internet. Participants should be familiar with using a Windows-based computer and using the internet via a web browser such as Internet Explorer.
