Project Management for the Education Sector
This workshop introduces a project management methodology that can be adapted for any size of project and is specifically tailored to the needs of the education sector. The day is interactive, providing a structured approach to project management and investigating a number of examples. It is provided in conjunction with JISC infoNet, the advisory service for managers in the post-compulsory education sector promoting effective planning, implementation and management of information and learning technology.

Who is it for?
The day is aimed at anyone who manages, or plans to manage, projects in the education sector. The content is flexible enabling the workshop to be matched to the needs of delegates.
No prior knowledge is assumed, but the event is suitable for staff with previous experience of projects as well as beginners.
