Attend a Netskills workshop without leaving your desk! This popular Netskills workshop teaches you the processes behind effective podcasting, from planning, creating, developing and sharing. Now the workshop is being delivered online, in a virtual classroom.
Producing a podcast is simple, but producing one that people will want to listen to takes a bit more know-how! What's the best format for your show? What equipment do you need? Where will you publish it? This workshop will show you how to produce effective podcasts that will engage your listeners.
This workshop will be delivered entirely online through your web browser. Just like our traditional workshops, we take a practical approach, offer the same quality learning experience, but without the time and expense of travel.
Also included is a pre-workshop seminar several days before the main workshop. This will provide an important introduction to some of the key themes of the workshop and an overview of Elluminate, our web-based training system.
Anyone who would like to understand the potential of podcasts and create their own for any application.
Online workshops offer savings of money and time making your training day a more productive experience for you. You will receive pre-workshop and post-workshop support from our trainers and a recording of the session, providing more opportunities for you to utilise our expertise. Presentations and demonstrations are delivered online in 30-40min sessions, and practical activities are carried out on your own PC, before rejoining the group for discussion and reflection.
Attendees will need a headset (headphones & microphone) to take part. Full joining instructions will emailed prior to the pre-workshop session, describing how to ensure that you and your equipment are prepared for the workshop.
