Multiple room bookings
We offer discounted rates for multiple room bookings and/or multiple dates. Please contact us to discuss availability and prices.
Newcastle University staff bookings
Internal charges are offered at a subsidised rate. Charges are made to all University departments, including those within Information Systems and Services (ISS).
Newcastle University staff are required to use their staff login to access computers. If your event attracts Non-Unievrsity delegates, we can provide guest logins, charged at £25 per login required.
All machines are configured to the standard Managed Desktop provided by Newcastle University. Facilitators cannot pre-load software onto the PCs; any additional software is by prior arrangement with our technical team.
