Training Suite Software arrangements
All PCs are pre-loaded with standard software, additional requirements can be arranged, provided prior notice is given. During the booking stage it is useful for Organisers to indicate their software requirements, so that we can ensure technical assistance is available.
Our Quotation
Our technical team assesses all software requests, installations are charged at £50 per hour/part hour with the first hour free of charge. The charges made for this service include:- Installation of software
- Pre-event software testing for facilitators (strongly recommended)
- Post-event removal of software
Other Information
- Licensed software can only be installed when confirmation of the licence holder/licence documentation is supplied in advance of the event.
- As a rule we don't allow anyone Admin-rights to PCs.
- A minimum of 8 weeks notice is required for installations
We always recommend facilitators make arrangements to test the software in advance of the event, to ensure that the software performs as expected. We provide technical support for software installation mis-haps during the event.
