Bookings
If we are able to fulfil your booking, we will make a provisional booking in our booking system. However, if we are unable to meet your requirements, every effort will be made to offer an alternative date.
We confirm your booking by sending you a Booking Schedule which outlines the facilities and services we will provide, a quote of the costs and a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Hire. You confirm the booking by printing, signing and returning the Booking Schedule to us by post, fax or email, see our contact page.
Most of our correspondence is via email. Booking Schedules are emailed as a pdf attachment, it can be faxed or posted on request.
How long do you hold provisional bookings for?
Provisional bookings are held for 10 working days, we can extend the deadline, just contact us.
Cancelling a provisional booking
No problem, just contact us by email or telephone. Cancelling a confirmed booking will be subject to our cancellation policy.
Availability
We accommodate bookings during and outside of the University term time, seven days a week. To check our current availability, contact us. Newcastle University does not permit us to open during Bank Holidays and during the Christmas vacation, when the University is officially closed.
