Enquiries
To enquire about the availability of our facilities email your requirements to enquiries@netskills.ac.ukWe aim to respond to enquiries within three working days, when we can fulfil your booking, we pencil the date into our booking system and send a Booking Schedule. This is now a provisional booking. If we cannot meet your requirements, every effort will be made to offer an alternative date.
Bookings
Our Booking Schedule outlines the facilities and services we can provide for your event, provides a quotation of the costs and a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Hire Once agreed, you should print, sign and return the form by post, fax or email, see our contact page.Once your signed form is received, we acknowledge by email and provide information to assist you with event preparations: directions and maps for delegates and information for facilitators.
Most of our correspondence is via email. Booking Schedules are emailed as a pdf attachment, it can be faxed or posted on request.
How long do you hold provisional bookings for?

The Netskills Training Suite can accommodate bookings most of the year, both during and outside of the University term time, seven days a week. To check on availability, don't hesitate to contact us.Newcastle University does not permit us to open during Bank Holidays and Christmas, when the University is officially closed.
