Effective e-Learning with Moodle: Moodle is free to use and is designed using sound pedagogical principles. This workshop introduces Moodle, its main features and demonstrates why it is different from other learning environments.You will be given access to your own installation of Moodle for 4 weeks after this workshop. Virtual Learning Environments with Blackboard: This is a practical workshop aimed at lecturers, teachers, learning technologists or support staff who have used the web and wish to explore the sophisticated features offered by virtual learning environments for learning and teaching.
