Training Materials Licence Details
Usage of the Training Materials is through a site licence scheme. Essentially this covers all full-time staff and registered students of the licensed organisation to use the Materials for the duration of the licence. The full licence consists of the schedule below, plus the Standard Licence Agreement.

Licence Schedule
All use of the Netskills Courseware is governed by the Standard Licence Agreement and a schedule which details the usage covered.
The schedule covers the terms of the Use of Courseware and other matters as defined and referred to in the Standard Licence Agreement
"Use" means not-for-profit internal use by a recognised educational establishment for the training of its employees and registered students.
General Exclusions:
- Consultancy or services leading to commercial exploitation of the Courseware.
- Work of significant benefit to the employer of students on industrial placement or part-time courses.
NOTE: "commercial exploitation" is the use of the Courseware for monetary gain either by the Institution or an individual.
