Everyone has projects, large and small, usually defined by being of a limited duration with specific goals and deliverables. Programmes are often a series of smaller projects linked together with a common purpose. Project work requires special skills including clear management, focussed teams, a sense of direction and a balance of appropriate knowledge and expertise
