Certificate in Training Design & Delivery
An effective trainer needs more than just subject knowledge. Good training requires focused planning, design, development and delivery.
Designed and developed by our professional trainers and aligned with the National Qualifications Framework at Level 4, this Certificate provides a recognised BTEC qualification in all aspects of training design, development and delivery.
How do I gain the Certificate?
The Certificate is supported by a single four day workshop which involves presentations, discussions, group work and practical computer-based hands-on sessions.
Candidates will:
- Carry out a training needs analysis
- Evaluate a range of training activities
- Design a practical training programme
- Create a range of training resources
- Practise effective training delivery methods
Assessment is via assignments which candidates can complete during the event or afterwards.

How much does it cost?
The Certificate costs £995 for participants from the education sector and £1195 for other sectors. This includes the four day training workshop, course materials, assessment, BTEC registration and support from the Netskills team.
How can I book?
Simply select the workshop you'd like to attend and fill in a booking form - bookings can be made online or by post or fax. The details you enter when booking on the workshop will also be used for your BTEC registration. Current workshops are listed below:
