Phil is the person you're most likely to have first contact with – whether it's to greet you when entering our training suite or helping you over the phone.
Although big part of his role is customer service based, Phil also provides support to the team in event management and accounts as well as external support with online meeting platform Blackboard Collaborate.
The tallest member of Netskills team is renowned for being organised (and in control!) after refusing to hand the map over to his friends at any point during their travels across South America.
In his new position as part of a creative team, Phil looks forward to developing new skills with a special interest in web analytics.
Life outside of Netskills:
As a keen supporter of a North East club, Phil spends his spare time obsessing about football.
His other big interest, Formula 1, was revealed when he snatched the top prize in the team karting championship race soon after he joined Netskills.
Phil also has a passion for history and has previously worked in the museum sector.
