Jamie Stogden Administrative Assistant
Pre-course administration is always brilliant. For some reason, my confirmation letter and location details didn't make it to me in the post, but Jamie stepped in and emailed me everything I needed. You have a great team!
Jamie has worked for Newcastle University since March 2002 and joined Netskills in July 2005. Previous to Netskills he worked as both a school secretary in the School of Neurology, Neurobiology and Psychiatry and a postgraduate admissions secretary in the Humanities and Social Sciences (HSS) Graduate School.
Jamie is responsible for the following within Netskills:- Managing bookings and associated customer queries via both telephone and email
- Providing customer support and helpdesk for Netskills customers
- Arranging travel and accommodation for Netskills staff
- Organising and distributing workshop materials
Jamie also helps run Newcastle University's IT Training Suite facility along with the Netskills Administrator, Lisa Cornforth.
In his spare time, Jamie is a keen cyclist and also enjoys running. He also appreciates music and film of all genres.
