Twitter

We are using Twitter to promote our activities, listen to your questions, feedback and suggestions and offer our expertise.

What are we tweeting about?

Expect some marketing from us, but we'll try to speak plainly and be human when we do this. The kind of things we'll tweet about will include news, new workshops, forthcoming workshops (digest), special offers, conferences & events we are attending, staff blog posts and relevant items from JISC and our other partners.

Following you back

We won't actively seek people to follow. However we will follow back most people with public accounts that follow us - providing you're human, not a spammer or clearly inappropriate for us to follow.

Following you makes it easier for us to listen and respond and also gives you the ability to direct message us. We won't follow people with private accounts as we don't think this would be appropriate for organisational account that is open to several staff members.

Contacting Us

We monitor our account during office hours, and sometimes outside those times, and will try to reply as soon as possible. However, this doesn't necessarily mean we'll respond right away.

If your enquiry is urgent or important, it may be more effective to contact us by email or telephone.
