Netskills unwraps Share at top education conference

Netskills is launching their new free active repository Share at the Higher Education Academy conference in Manchester this week.

Senior Consultant Trainer Chris Young is joining JISC Advance colleagues in short discussion sessions to show off the new home for a growing set of training materials and support and advisory resources.

Chris described Share as an important departure for Netskills.

Previously, our materials have been available under a paid for restricted access licence, he said.

With Share, we're embracing the open publishing agenda and releasing our materials for free for everyone under the Creative Commons licence.

We actively encourage everyone to take, reuse and adapt materials from Share in whichever way suits them or their organisations' needs.

We'd also love to hear about all the new and innovative ways you might use the materials so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
