Prompted by their own blogging endeavours, three Netskills Consultant Trainers joined forces to create an inspiring workshop for all budding bloggers.
Titled Better Blogging, the new workshop helps participants find, or rediscover, their blog's purpose and focus as well as improve their writing skills.
Chris Thomson, one of the creators of the new workshop, said the day is ideal for anyone involved, or planning to get involved, in blogging - either in a personal or professional context.
We've structured the workshop to make sure it's both highly participative and practical. Attendees work on real posts during the day and leave with the confidence to develop them further.
, he said.
All of us have been, and still are, involved in blogging and supporting bloggers... We know how frustrating it is to plough on when you're struggling to identify what to write about or lack motivation and clarity.
We wanted to share the tips and tricks that have helped us along the way
, co-developer Steve Boneham added.
It’s a constant learning process and the best way to learn is to get together with like-minded people to share experiences and knowledge.
The new workshop features in the Netskills summer workshop programme, first in Newcastle (18 May), then in London (14 June) and finally in Edinburgh (26 June).
