Two members of the Netskills team have been awarded Spotlight Awards from Newcastle University for their outstanding contributions to Netskills.

Jamie Stogden, Administrative Assistant, was nominated by Netskills Director, Dave Hartland who recognised the extra work Jamie has been doing for the Netskills Training Suite, taking charge of all enquiries and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Lisa Vincent, Training and Administration Coordinator, was also nominated for the award in recognition of her management of the recent refurbishment of our Training Suite. Aditionally Lisa has supported to the JISC Curriculum Design and Delivery programme, providing Elluminate support on top of her usual workload. Lisa said:

"Supporting a JISC programme by providing Elluminate support has been hard work but highly rewarding; I've gained new skills in writing support materials, delivering online training and offering advice. It's fantastic to have my work recognised and both Jamie and I are delighted to receive these awards."
