News: Introducing two new team members

Netskills welcomes Simon Fitzpatrick and Tim Dixon to the team. Both Simon and Tim are working primarily on the Supporting Training, CPD and Staff Exchange for BCE Practitioners project.

Simon has worked previously at both the University of Leicester and Newcastle University on various e-learning projects. More recently he's worked in schools, colleges, voluntary and community organisations, prisons and universities, supporting the use of new technologies by both teachers and learners.

Tim was a Principal Software Engineer with Digital Equipment, developing networking software, and later joined RARE, the organisation of European Research Networks that became TERENA. He subsequently set up a consulting business in Newcastle, managing a wide range of projects, including European Framework projects for which Newcastle University was a partner.
