The JISC Advisory Services Business and Community Engagement (BCE) Team, based within JISC Netskills and JISC infoNet, has been promoting the work of Netskills and the other Advisory Services at a number of recent conferences and events.
Rob Allen was at the Association of Colleges Conference in Birmingham and the Enterprise & Innovation in HE Conference at the Royal Society in London. He said, "It's fascinating to meet people working in this diverse field and to hear about current topics such as internationalisation, collaborative working and the new HEIF funding."
Marc Dobson attended the AURIL (Association for University and Industry Links) conference in Glasgow and Andy Stewart travelled to Münster, Germany for the Austauschprozesse (Knowledge Exchange Processes) conference.
Marc said, "These events have given us a great overview of BCE activities in the UK and Europe. We've also taken the opportunity to raise awareness about the four projects being carried out by the JISC Advisory Services, two of which are being led by Netskills."
