An independent review of Netskills has judged us to be excellent according to all quality indicators.

Communications, management, core service activity and relationships with intermediaries were all given the top rating and comments from the report include the following:

"The quality of [Netskills] products and services is consistent and effective."

"Customers keep returning for repeat business."

The verification of Netskills' self-evaluation process was commissioned by JISC, who provide some core grant funding to Netskills. The verifier interviewed a range of staff who presented evidence to support the quality indicators, leading to an overall rating of excellent.

The report noted that, "the significant number of institutions regularly returning to Netskills... illustrates the good name the service has earned as a partner."
