During the past 12 months, over a hundred people have gained a clear insight into effective database design and coding with Netskills.
SQL skills are in high demand. An ITJobsWatch surveys show them to be the seventh most sought after skill for IT staff across the UK.
Our popular and practical Database Design and SQL programming workshop covers the core skills required to be able to produce an efficient, scalable and optimised SQL database for use with your web solutions.
"Good database design is the key to any successful data driven website," said Paul Trueman who authored the workshop. "That goes for all sites, including popular and interactive websites like Flickr, Wikipedia and YouTube," he added.
A recent workshop attendee commented, "It was an excellent course, extremely beneficial, particularly as a precursor to the Databases on the Web workshop." Another stated, "It was a well delivered and interesting course with plenty of hints and tips for my future SQL database design."
Both database-related workshops are running back-to-back in two venues this summer. Book now for either Cambridge (19/20 June) or Cardiff (4/5 July).
