Flash skills in high demand

Netskills recently delivered an onsite Fundamentals of Flash workshop for the RSC North West at the City Learning Centre in Blackpool. The workshop was oversubscribed with the majority of attendees from further education.

One attendee commented that the workshop was "Extremely well delivered, thoroughly enjoyable and informative. My only regret was that it was only one day," Another said, "It was an excellent day, meeting my needs for my new post."

The workshop provides a comprehensive introduction to Flash, Adobe's popular multimedia application. It introduces tweening and other graphics manipulation concepts and provides a wide range of examples of Flash being used effectively.

"It was great to see how creative attendees become once they've acquired the basic skills of using Flash," stated Netskills Trainer, Paul Trueman who facilitated the day. "Lots of academic staff are keen to produce their own web-enabled learning objects. Flash clearly helps teaching staff to produce dynamic and engaging content for their students."

Do you want to attend our Flash workshop? A limited number of places are still available for the next event on 9th May in Newcastle, as part of our national workshop programme.
