Netskills' conference call

Helen Conroy and Lucy Keating recently presented findings from two Netskills information literacy projects at LILAC (Librarians' Information Literacy Annual Conference) in Manchester.

Helen described Netskills' training and research to promote information skills to HE administrators and managers, which built on previous work from the JISC (Joint Information Systems Committee).

Lucy gave a résumé of Netskills' Eduserv-funded project to raise awareness about plagiarism for secondary school teaching and library staff.

Helen says, "It was very useful to share news and views about the latest developments in this field. More information about our information skills projects and training is available on our web site."
