Activities with Regional Support Centres
Netskills staff are regularly involved with the RSCs through events and activities arranged for the region's colleges. Examples of work with the RSCs include:
- Onsite training programmes for the region's colleges
- Licences for use of training materials - for RSC staff or regional licences for colleges
- Attending, exhibiting or presenting at annual conferences and fairs
- Voucher arrangements for free places on workshop programmes
- RSC staff participating in accreditation schemes
- Organisation of workshop delivery with accreditation to college staff
- Free places on Netskills workshops for RSC staff
- RSC staff involved in new workshop pilots and development
- Netskills staff involved in liaison and networking groups
- Provision of training facilities and help with locating facilities
- Promotion of national campaigns and subsidised events
- Publicity material on workshops and training materials for distribution to colleges
