Activities with Regional Support Centres

Netskills staff are regularly involved with the RSCs through events and activities arranged for the region's colleges. Examples of work with the RSCs include:

  • Onsite training programmes for the region's colleges
  • Licences for use of training materials - for RSC staff or regional licences for colleges
  • Attending, exhibiting or presenting at annual conferences and fairs
  • Voucher arrangements for free places on workshop programmes
  • RSC staff participating in accreditation schemes
  • Organisation of workshop delivery with accreditation to college staff
  • Free places on Netskills workshops for RSC staff
  • RSC staff involved in new workshop pilots and development
  • Netskills staff involved in liaison and networking groups
  • Provision of training facilities and help with locating facilities
  • Promotion of national campaigns and subsidised events
  • Publicity material on workshops and training materials for distribution to colleges
