- Website Evaluation
- Programme: Digitisation
- A project to evaluate the six project websites in phase 1 of the JISC Digitisation Programme. An evaluation criteria was devised considering design requirements and good practice, and findings were presented both orally and as a written report.
- i-Skills for Staff Development
- Programme: JOS Work Programme
- A dissemination programme for the i-Skills for University Administration project to encourage i-Skills to be addressed by staff development processes within institutions. A series of subsidised workshops were delivered around the UK for anyone involved in the development of staff in UK universities and colleges.
- Information Architecture Testing
- For JISC Collections/JISC Communications and Marketing
- Netskills designed and facilitated a user testing event to inform the development of a new website for JISC Collections. Results were analysed and presented as a written report.
